  • Request online shipping: You can calculate the shipping costs on this page by yourself.
  • Confirm and relax: Once you agree to the shipping costs, we will send you the invoice with a payment link as soon as possible. After payment, we take care of the rest, and you can relax while waiting for our invitation to schedule a delivery appointment. You can then schedule this delivery appointment yourself through our appointment portal.

How can I pay?

Once you place an order with us, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. We will then process your order as quickly as possible and send you the invoice with a payment link to the email address you provided. If you have submitted a

quote request, you will first receive a non-binding quote from us via email, which you can digitally approve. Once we have received your approval of the quote, we will send you the invoice with an online payment link as soon as possible. We can only proceed with your order once we have received and processed your payment.

Can I cancel or correct my order?

Once you have submitted an order, you will first receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to modify or cancel the order, this is still possible, and you can contact us using the contact information provided in the confirmation email.

You will only receive an invoice with a payment link after you have received the confirmation email. At this point, you can still cancel or make changes at no cost.


Please note: If changes need to be made to your order, it may result in the transportation costs initially calculated being voided, and we will need to recalculate the transportation costs for you. In such cases, you will always have the option to

accept the rate change or cancel the order free of charge.
